2. Service Description

Nexum Global provides a digital library service offering access to a curated collection of public domain literary works, academic papers, and historical documents. The Service is provided "as is" and is available on a subscription basis.

3. User Accounts

To access the Service, you must purchase a subscription plan. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Billing and Payments

Subscriptions: Recurring plans are billed in advance. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan.
Research Services: Custom research and digitization services are billed via invoice. Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

The content provided on Nexum Global consists primarily of works in the public domain. However, the compilation, curation, and digital presentation of these works, as well as the platform's design and code, are the property of Nexum Global and are protected by copyright laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. Automated scraping or mass downloading of content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
